Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days
Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (where available)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected.

Free Delivery

We offer FREE UK Standard Delivery on orders over £50.

All orders below £50 attract a shipping fee of £3.99.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable).

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, severe weather, or public holidays.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. BMA ATELIER cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date so that we can investigate with the courier.
