At BMA ATELIER, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- To start a return, please email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for the return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Earrings and pierced jewellery
- Personalised or customised items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items marked as "Final Sale"
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item. We will offer:
- A replacement;
- An exchange; or
- A full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the item is faulty or we made an error with your order, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
